Customer Liaison Officer
About the Role
We are keen to hear from experienced Customer Liaison Officers to join our vibrant Assessment Services Team at iLA.
You will be responsible for creating a great client experience by resolving inbound calls and provide administrative support to assessors who are out working in the community. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in making a difference in people lives.
Duties Include:
- Answering and managing phone calls and emails, ensuring timely response to emails and addressing telephone inquiries with a high level of customer service.
- Allocate appointments to assessors in negotiation with clients, carers and their families to ensure quality and timely assessments are carried out.
- Data entry, document uploads, and client correspondence into CRM
About You
You will bring exceptional customer service skills with experience in general administration. In particular, the Customer Liaison Officer – Assessment will demonstrate:
- Previous experience providing administrative support to busy teams in a fast paced, changing environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Strong technology skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationships management software, and the ability to navigate multiple technology systems.
