Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessments
iLA is proud to be an assessment organisation providing Residential Aged Care (RAC) Funding Assessments, which involves assessments for those living in residential facilities that will align funding from the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) model with your care needs.
In most cases, your aged care provider will request an assessment to adjust your AN-ACC classification if your needs shift.
You or your family can also request a reassessment by contacting My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or applying online.
Understanding RAC Funding Assessments
A Residential Aged Care Funding Assessment will evaluate your physical, functional, and cognitive capabilities.
This will help determine the right level of funding through the AN-ACC, giving aged care facilities the resources to deliver high-quality care and support.
Our experienced iLA assessors use researched tools and a person-centred approach to provide detailed RAC assessments that help facilities better tailor services to a resident’s needs.
